Description

This is a very rare example of the Omega 145.022-69 Apollo XI Speedmaster as they were delivered in a small badge (allegedly 300 pcs) to Japan. They were all produced in the 31mio serial range in 1971 and delivered to Japan in 1972. These Speedies with the rare case back engraving were similar to the straight-writing watches, which were the first reaction of Omega to the moon landing and share the 145.022-69 reference. These are some of the rarest Speedmasters ever produced and compard to their sisters in yellow gold, their prices have not skyrocketed yet...

This example here has a very nice original step dial and a very crisp case back. It's in beautiful and honest original condition and comes on the original 1116/575 bracelet and an extract of the archives.
